Every Detail Matters

We take our service and maintenance work very seriously; available to everyone, our premium workshop is booked daily to ensure every job is completed to the highest of standards.

Prior to any service job, a pre-service report will be completed; this is free of charge and details any work we recommend completing, an estimated price and the life expectancy of your components.
Only work confirmed by the customer will be completed, with every job recorded in a post service report for your service history.

In every job we expect a perfect result, to guarantee this we offer any tweak within 2 weeks of the collection date FOC.

This opportunity is it to ensure every bike performs as expected on the road and not just in the workstand.

Workshop and Service Pricing

With the unique nature of each job, all service prices will be quoted in a pre-service report.

Frame Strip and Rebuild

6+ Hours - £250

• Headset, chainset, cassette, front & rear mechs, chain, bottom bracket, pedals, seatpost, front & rear brakes stripped, reconditioned and serviced.
• Cables changed if necessary and tension set/electronic shifting software updated.

• Frame clean, polish and check over.
• Full PDI safety check, all bolts torqued and fresh grease/grip paste applied where required.
• 2 week FOC tweaks

Seasonal Service

3.5 Hours - £160

• Headset, chainset, bottom bracket, pedals and seatpost stripped and serviced.

• Cables changed if necessary.

• Frame clean and check.

• Full PDI saftey check, all bolts torqued and fresh grease/grip paste applied where required.

• 2 week FOC tweaks
